	To translate into Tibetan the best of the world's literature and publish it with the view to making it available to the Tibetan public in Tibet and in exile.
		To translate into Tibetan Indian classical works on medicine, drama, literature and other disciplines which have not been translated so far.
	Care will be taken to ensure that there will be no duplication of work already being undertaken by other organisations.
